  • 1 pound Steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
For the Potatoes
  • 1 pound Baby potatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs

Method
 

How to Make Parmesan Crusted Steak and Potato Sheet Pan Dinner
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Place the seasoned baby potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle them with olive oil, then roast in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, melted butter, and garlic if desired. Stir until well blended.
  4. After 20 minutes, carefully place the steak on the pan and spoon the Parmesan mixture over the top of it.
  5. Return the sheet pan to the oven and roast for another 15-20 minutes until steak is done and topping is golden brown.
  6. Remove the pan from the oven and let the steak rest for around 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
