  • 4 fillets salmon skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Tacos
  • 8 pieces tortillas soft and warm
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or dill chopped

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cook the salmon for about 12-15 minutes until flaky and opaque.
  4. Whisk together Greek yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt for the sauce.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  6. Flake the cooked salmon into large pieces.
  7. Assemble your tacos by placing salmon on tortillas, adding vegetables, drizzling with sauce, and topping with parsley or dill.
