  • 2 pieces Steaks (ribeye or strip) known for rich flavor and tenderness
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for searing
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly cracked
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Butter for richness
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced) star ingredient
  • 1 cup Heavy cream for creamy texture
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated) for flavor enhancement
For the Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped) adds color and freshness

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Generously sprinkle salt and pepper over both sides of the steaks.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over high heat until shimmering.
  3. Carefully place the steaks in the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Once cooked, remove the steaks and let them rest for at least 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to medium, add butter, and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  6. Slowly add heavy cream and simmer, stirring occasionally until it thickens.
  7. Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  8. Spoon the creamy sauce over the steaks and garnish with chopped parsley.
