- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back and patting them dry.
- Season the ribs generously with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in foil and bake for 2.5 hours.
- For the glaze, simmer honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil for 5–7 minutes.
- Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).
- Brush the glaze over the ribs and bake for an additional 12–15 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
