Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back and patting them dry.
  3. Season the ribs generously with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Wrap the ribs tightly in foil and bake for 2.5 hours.
  5. For the glaze, simmer honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).
  7. Brush the glaze over the ribs and bake for an additional 12–15 minutes until bubbly.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
