How to Make Creamy Seafood Gratin Pasta Bake
  1. Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 12 oz of your chosen pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, pour in 2 cups of heavy cream. Stir in 1 cup of shredded mozzarella and 0.5 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, melting until smooth and creamy.
