How to Make Creamy Seafood Gratin Pasta Bake
- Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 12 oz of your chosen pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, pour in 2 cups of heavy cream. Stir in 1 cup of shredded mozzarella and 0.5 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, melting until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the cooked pasta and 12 oz of mixed raw seafood into the creamy sauce. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Pour the creamy seafood mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.
