How to Make Butter Pecan Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown.
  4. Mix the browned butter with the brown and granulated sugars until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  6. Fold in the dry ingredients along with the chopped toasted pecans until just combined.
  7. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
